Barsyl to design plans for rail stations

Balaji Railroad Systems Ltd (Barsyl) in collaboration with Sener Ingenieria Y Sistemas of Spain (SENER) will help develop the railways stations of Bijwasan, New Delhi and Shivaji Nagar, Pune of the Indian Railways. The duo has been appointed as architect and technical consultant to prepare feasibility study and master plan for the two stations.

The project has to be completed within 36 months, according to a release from the Hyderabad-based Barsyl. Sener, Ingenieria is the engineering arm of the SENER Group, which is involved in developing infrastructure for major cities.

Some of its architectural achievements are the Valencia station, Madrid; Barajas Airport, Barcelona Airport and stations from Santiago metro.
